Permanant Disabled Person Parking Permits are available at no cost to you
Persons with long-term mobility impairments, or who are certified as legally blind, may request a wheelchair license plate be issued for a motor vehicle registered in their name, in lieu of receiving a permanent disabled persons parking permit. The fee for a wheelchair license plate is $28 in addition to other applicable registration fees.
Notice is mailed 2 months (same as tag)
Complete the Application for Disabled Parking Permit or Replacement form and return to our office. Ensure form is signed by physician along with their code
Temp. Pass– to renew, must have expired/same day as expiration/week of, must bring old temp parking permit, doc needs to sign new form, no cost
